About ICmic-UniKL Academy
The Academy focus on microelectronics competency development in integrated circuit [IC] and application design. The Academy is providing 18-month apprenticeship program leading to Master of Engineering degree to be conferred by leading local universities. This program is significantly based on the real on-the-job skill development for commercial level IC or module design.
The key objective is to produce hands-on engineers with entrepreneurial skills who can directly participate in microelectronics/electronics design and related industries thus closing the gap with industry requirement.
The Academy is a joint venture between IC Microsystems Sdn Bhd - a leading IC design company in Malaysia, Majlis Amanah Rakyat [MARA] and Universiti Kuala Lumpur [UniKL] with full support from the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Cooperative Development.
