Welcome to ICmic-UniKL Academy

ICmic-UniKL Academy [Academy] has been setup to train Malaysia’s aspiring Electronic Engineers to become IC Designers and Application Designers. The key objectives of the Academy are as follows:

to produce world class IC and related electronic application products
to train hands-on engineers who are capable of designing these products
to enhance the country’s advanced microelectronic skills sets.

ICmic-UniKL Academy which is located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is the result of a strategic collaboration between IC Microsystems Sdn Bhd (ICmic), Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). ICmic, a leading IC Design Company in Malaysia, with its vast experience and expertise in IC Design has provided the Academy with a strong foundation by contributing comprehensive equipment, software, technical and human expertise in developing products and competencies. The key objective of ICdidik LAB is to produce hands-on engineers with entrepreneurial skills who can directly participate in microelectronics/electronics design and related industries thus closing the gap with industry requirement.

ICdidik LAB conducts product-development based post graduate programs for Integrated Circuit design and Application design. Currently the programs offered include Master of Engineering program and on-job training programs.
